Beating Stereotypes
A first year project for Emmanuel House, creating a garment for the less fortunate using 90% waste materials. Mine was using old sleeping bags, table cloths and coats and only using new fastenings so it was 100% functional. My concept was looking at other reasons that people are without a home that aren't the stereotypical criminal/substance abuse reasons.
